Keynote: Strategic Partnerships and Associations for All EMS Types – Why We Need to Work Together
Track One: Dive into the foundations of effective board leadership—nonprofit governance, strategic planning, advocacy, and new funding pathways. Sessions include Association 101, Building a Board that Thrives, Advocacy and Legislative Challenges, and Creating New Pathways for Growth.

Day 2 Highlights
General Session: Panel Discussion with Executive Directors & Presidents – Working Together & Building Trust.
